PC Diagnostic (90.00)
We will run diagnostic software to analyze and test all components of your computer. It will identify any hardware malfunction or system conflicts. Note: Any additional hardware repairs based on original diagnostic will be charged separately.
Complete System Restore (90.00)
We will restore all your operating system files and drivers for your pc. The original restore DVD has to be provided by the customer. Certain Laptop or desktop models will have the restore image on their hard drives.
Virus/Malware Detection and Removal (150.00)
The Customer needs to provide a Brief Explanation of the Current symptoms we check will startup the PC and make certain that all of the operation system loads, we will check for the presence and Status of the current antivirus software. We can install other utilities that check the system files and registry hives for possible infection. The Recovery DVD Should be available in a worst case scenario where we have to do a complete reinstallation.

DVD Recovery boot disk (90.00)
We can create a custom a backup image of your Operation system, programs and Drivers on a DVD in case your hard drive fails.

We can Check the security Settings on your wireless router and verify that your home or business network is protected and properly configured.
Wireless/Wired Networking (1 device/2 devices 150.00)
We can install new network cards or wireless USB cards and configure access points for your network. We can also help you setup router and switches for internet access. We can also help you setup Print and E-mail servers.
